What we collect
Your email address, chosen username, wallet transactions, order history, support messages and the payment references you submit for manual deposits. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials.
How we use it
To operate your account, route orders to providers, verify deposits, prevent fraud and respond to support requests. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be used to improve the panel.
Sharing
Order details such as the target link and quantity are shared with the provider fulfilling that order. We never sell your data or share your email with advertisers.
Security
Data is stored in an encrypted Postgres database with row-level security, so one account can never read another account's rows. Sessions use short-lived tokens and administrative actions are audit-logged.
Retention
Account and transaction records are kept while your account is open and for as long as required for accounting and dispute resolution afterwards.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask for account deletion at any time by emailing support@smmfree.com from your registered address.
