Terms of service
Last updated 3 September 2026
These terms cover everything you buy on the SmmFree SMM panel. They are written in plain language on purpose, because most disputes on panels come from rules nobody could find. If something here is unclear, ask support before you deposit rather than after.
1. Who can use SmmFree
You need a valid email address and you need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One person or business runs one account unless we have agreed a separate reseller arrangement with you in writing.
Your login is yours to protect. Anything ordered from your account, including orders placed through your API key, is treated as ordered by you. If you think someone else has access, change your password and open a ticket immediately so we can freeze activity while we look.
2. Orders and delivery
Every order is forwarded automatically to a provider as soon as you place it. The average time printed on a service card is an average taken from past orders, not a promise. Some services start in seconds, some take a few hours, and a slower start on view-based services is usually deliberate because a natural pace is safer for the target content.
Once an order has started it often cannot be cancelled, because the provider has already begun delivering. If an order delivers only part of the quantity, the unfulfilled portion is refunded to your wallet at the same rate you paid.
You are responsible for the link you submit. If the account is private, the post is deleted, the username changes mid-delivery or the link points at the wrong content, the order can fail and that failure is not refundable beyond what the provider returns.
3. Refill, drip feed and non drop labels
Where a service card says refill, that cover applies for the window stated on the card and only for the drop measured from the delivered count. Raise it through a support ticket with your order ID inside the window and we will process the refill with the provider.
Services without a refill or non drop label carry natural drop risk. That is normal for social platforms and is not treated as a failed order. Drip feed services deliver in intervals you choose; changing the target content mid-run may break the remaining intervals.
4. Wallet and deposits
Wallet balances are held in INR. Prices can be displayed in your local currency for convenience, converted at the rate configured by our team, but the amount actually debited is the INR amount.
Manual deposits are credited after the transaction reference you submit is verified. That is usually quick, but a wrong or reused reference will be rejected. Submitting a reference that is not yours is fraud and will close the account.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
Wallet balance is spendable on the panel and is not withdrawable to a bank account. Failed and cancelled orders return to your wallet automatically. Orders delivered as described are not refunded because you changed your mind afterwards.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of a support ticket results in immediate suspension and forfeiture of the remaining balance while the dispute is open. Talk to us first, it is faster and it usually ends better for you.
6. API and reseller use
API access is provided with your account so you can run a store or child panel on top of our catalogue. Your key is personal and must not be shared or resold as a key. Excessive request rates may be throttled to protect the panel for everyone else.
You may set your own retail prices. You may not present yourself as SmmFree, copy our branding, or make delivery or guarantee claims to your customers that we do not make to you.
7. Prohibited use
Do not order for content that is illegal where you or we operate, that sexualises minors, that incites violence or hatred, or that is part of a scam, phishing or impersonation campaign. Do not use the panel to attack, brigade or mass-report another account.
We can refuse or reverse any order at our discretion. Repeated abuse ends the account without refund of the remaining balance.
8. Service availability and liability
The panel depends on third-party providers and on the social platforms themselves, both of which change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific rankings, revenue, or that any platform will treat purchased engagement favourably.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you spent on the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost followers, lost revenue or platform action taken against your account.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the panel at any time and ask us to close your account. We can suspend or close an account for fraud, chargebacks, abuse of the API, or repeated prohibited orders. Where a closure is our decision and no fraud is involved, unspent balance may be applied to legitimate pending orders first.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction there.
We update these terms as the panel changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the panel after an update means you accept it. Questions go to support@smmfree.com.
